Josh Duzan (Owner) is a native of Russellville, Arkansas and has over 20 years of local experience in the natural resources field. After receiving his BA in Biology from Hendrix College (Conway, AR) in 2003, he worked for The Nature Conservancy of Arkansas as the Cache River Project Manager and statewide Biohydrologist. Duzan has extensive experience in the implementation of stream restoration projects across the state of Arkansas. He is Level IV Rosgen-certified in Natural Channel Design and specializes in restoration planning and design, GIS modeling, and geomorphic monitoring. |
Zachary Hays Grew up in Alma, Arkansas and always had a love of nature and conservation. He received his B.S. in Wildlife Ecology and Management from Arkansas State University in 2017. Zach then worked for two years as a Program Technician for the U of A Division of Agriculture, where he helped carry out soil fertility research. He now works for us as one of our Restoration Ecologists specializing in GIS mapping, project management, and 3-D modeling.

Bentley Reynolds is a native of Russellville, AR and has been working in conservation and the natural resources field for 22 years and has a degree in Wildlife Ecology from Arkansas Tech University. Ben spent his early career in small mammal ecology but soon transitioned to water resource management, as he has always loved Arkansas’ streams and the value of this precious resource. Ben is a Restoration Ecologist and specializes in mitigation banking, site preparation, native vegetation establishment, soil stabilization, invasive species management and equipment maintenance.

Henry Duzan is a native of Little Rock, Arkansas, and has been working with the company since he was 15. He is a recent High School Graduate and is continuing his education while working at Natural State Streams. He now works for us as a restoration specialist and equipment operator.
