Lee Creek (Devil's Den State Park)

The Lee creek project is taking place at Devil's Den State Park, located in Northwest Arkansas near Winslow, AR.  This project consists of 300' of eroding stream bank and is being stabilized by placing large sandstone boulders along the bank to create a retaining wall with a similar construction and look as that of the dam located just upstream of the project. The purpose of this project is to protect a historic CCC foundation that is being lost into the creek, due to the erosion.
